the quest for health and fitness is a primal motivator in our life journey. we view the body complex as a temple where we encounter and commune with our essential nature. for us health and wellness practices are actually ways of honoring and aligning with our essence. attitudes, routines and relationships which honor and support our essence are sacred rituals of daily living. in tumultuous times, it is essential that we all have a core of healthy living routines and beliefs to anchor us to what is healing, supportive and enduring.
we are each faced with personalized challenges and obstacles that exercise our souls. we search and find our way around our soul landscape to uncover the tools and wisdom needed to transform stress into strength. in my mission as your coach I will guide and support your stress transformation process. this process becomes the birthing phase of your own Sacred Living Art™.
